Neon Tube Supports – Running Neon in your Reverse Channel Letters? Stud Weld a 10-32 x _ CD Stud into your Reverse Channel Letters, screw on a Neon Tube Support available from SWF, and secure with a reusable Pal Nut/Push-on Nut.
CD Tap Pad Stud – Internally threaded weld stud. Many sizes in Stock or can be manufactured to suit.

Tap Pad Studs – Tap Pad Studs/Internally Threaded CD Studs are a convenient way to mount your stand-off letters either directly to a wall using all-threads or to a sign face by using headed screws through your sign face screwed into the tap pads.
Need to light your stand-off letters from the back? – Weld a 10-32 x _ CD stud onto the back of your stand-off letter, screw on a neon tube support, and secure with a reusable Pal Nut/Push-On Nut.
Aluminum Sign Frame
Aluminum Frame and Structural Fabrication made simple utilizing the SWF CD Stud Welder. Our CD Welders are manufactured not only to shoot Mild and Stainless Steel, but also to shoot Aluminum very well. With an on-the-fly adjustable spring pressure coming standard on the SWF gun, just dial the gun to the appropriate sett ing and start shooting. Our included double ground set-up will further ensure a great weld every time!
Use Pal-Nuts to save time and cost! Pal-Nuts are a push-on nut that is reusable and can be used with a threaded or non-threaded stud. Why fiddle with a washer and nut when you can just use a Pal-Nut that has the washer built in? Just push the Pal-Nut on with a 3/8” wrench or socket and move on!
Neon Tube Supports
Adding Neon Tubing to your sign has never been easier, and all the products you’ll need to attach the Neon Tubing are available from SWF, Inc. Shoot a #10 x _” threaded or non-threaded stud to your work piece, screw on the Neon Tube Support, and push a Pal-Nut on to further secure the Tube Support. No more drilling and no more fumbling with headed screws!
